Returns & Refunds
•Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
•Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable.
•Return via courier service costs $10, which will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
•Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.
•Your first exchange is free! You can exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability).
•If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
•Sale items, custom-made products, and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
•Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2.Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
3.Once we receive the item, we will process your return/exchange within 5-7 business days.
